Surly 'service' and terrible attitude to match - totally mediocre experience
by cscott007 at Citysearch
Though the food is decent - mind you, nothing mindblowing - it is the service that is truly memorable, though sadly for its inadequacy. Our slow, surly waitress acted like she was doing us a favor by serving us, and she did the bare minimum to make us happy. We had to repeatedly ask for water refills and the waitress came over and slammed the water pticher on our table. She didn't check on us once, ask how everything tasted (Waitress 101), nor did she clear our dishes when it was clear we were finished.
I used to be a huge fan of this place, but it just isn't a pleasant dining experience anymore. It's really sad becuase this place used to be so, very good! Fortunately there are other pizza joints happy to have our patornage and so we'll just go there from now on.
- Pros: Innovative dishes and great pizza crust
- Cons: Serivce, wait time, questionable billing practices
Used to be great. Now avoiding...

It used to be one of the most exquisite pizza joints in Seattle area.
Earlier this year (2007), ownership of this place changed, and both the quality and service dropped to zero.
Our waitress skipped out on our salad that comes with the meal, and when questioned, she only replied in thick greek accent "you didn't ask fot it". It was annoying X 200%.
Needless to say, I tipped her one penny at the end of that meal, and wrote a small comment on their receipt advising them to be nicer to their customers.
- Pros: used to be good (2000-2006)
- Cons: bad service. quality just not what it used to be.

I was surprised at how good the food was. Big portions. The salad was fresh and the dressing was superb. Great customer service. I'll be trying their pizza soon.
don't call them for delivery
by neoserenity333 at Citysearch
I received a coupon in the mail for their pizza ($3 off any large pizza & free delivery), so I thought why not try it. I've never eaten there in person, so I can't say this review is completely comprehensive. However, when I called and made my order the lady on the other end gave me a price that was around $20 when my order should have been $14 with the coupon and free delivery. She said, "OK, I'll give you those...your order is now $18." It still didn't make sense, so I repeated to her that the price on the flyer they sent was $16.25, so how can it be $18 something if I have a $3 off coupon and free delivery? She told me it might have been a computer issue, and got the manager to talk to me. This guy comes on the phone and curtly says, "your total is $18, do you want it or not." I didn't like his attitude one bit, but I just wanted to clarify why this was not what I expected at all (maybe there was a misunderstanding), so I tried to explain nicely why my total should be $14.35. He then proceeded to say, "prices are subject to change. Do you want it or not?" By this point, I was just sick of the poor customer service and the sketchiness of it all, so I said no. Maybe they did indeed raise the prices, but I had received the flyer just a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, the shoddy customer service is reason enough not to get anything from there again. One of the reasons I decided to try them out is because of the good reviews by other customers, but if I am to be treated this way, there must be better pizza out there that doesn't cost me 15 minutes of high blood-pressure. Don't get pizza delivered from them.
- Cons: quick to change prices, poor customer service
Freshest ingredients and no skimping!

This place uses the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create the best meal every time. Salads are great, pizzas are delicious, pastas are yummy, sandwiches are scrumptous. My fave is the veggie sub, and I always take out onions but put in artichoke hearts. Of course, pizzas are always a great option, too. The menu has great variety and prices are very reasonable. Service is excellent and owner is there a lot of the times and is incredibly friendly. This is one of the best neighborhood pizza places. It's great family atmosphere, very clean and cozy.
