Down to Business
"Eclectic" sums up this store's offerings. Top-of-the-line Vasque hiking boots, with barely a scratch on them, sit across from old, metal-frame backpacks sporting Grateful Dead decals; camp stoves, circa World War II, garner as much attention as pristine North Face sleeping bags. If you're willing to weed through the racks, you'll likely find some gem of an item at 25 to 50 percent off what it sold for new.
One drawback: The store's selection is unpredictable. If your heart is set on a specific piece of gear, this is probably not the place to go.
