Urban Satisfaction

I was in last week to check out new kiteboards, the shop was very busy with about 8 customers. The staff of two were able to help me and all the others in a very professional way. I've been in this shop several times over the past couple of years and have always been treated very well.

I see from the first reviewer that things haven't really changed here in the last 1-2 years. Good luck trying to get attention or help in this store!

• Pros: store locations is good
• Cons: staff is rude, prices are on the high side

More like Urban Sad :(

I have only been to Urban Surf 3 times. Each time in hopes that maybe they would offer some better/friendlier service but low & behold the third time is not a charm. The first two times I felt like I was an inconvienence to them & I was interrupting something. Then I brought my boyfriend there this weekend and we were not even greeted. After browsing for a few minutes my boyfriend decided he would take the initiative and offer a hello to the girl at the front counter only to get a weak "hi" in return, she didn't even look up. Then we went upstairs where a guy who works there was talking to a friend or customer. In the time we were up there & had browsed all the goods we were never even looked, smiled, or talked at. So I am done with this shop and am forever devoted to Cheka Looka where I plan on buying my new longboard!

• Pros: Good clothes, boards & variety of selections & brands.
• Cons: Good luck getting any service!
