The most amazing pet store ever!. Bark has always gone above and beyond to give my dog the utmost attention and give me advice on her special needs, but today they went above and beyond! Babe, our german short hair pointer, got out of our vehicle while doing some things in Ballard. They were called by another business in ballard inquiring to see if they knew her. They did remember her, took her, and drove around for two hours looking for our address to return her. I can't praise this place enough! They truly are pet lovers and we will NEVER shop anywhere else for our dogs needs! thank you guys so much for returning babe safe and soud!

Great example of the joys of working with small business. The staff is very personable and gets to know you and your pets. They're great at offering suggestions for products and offer treats for the pets you bring in. Great selection of natural and organic foods and I trust that all their products are premium. They love their pets as much as we love ours.

delightful neighborhood pet store. Good selection of goods (esp. collars). Owner is friendly and helpful. Our family of dogs (and cat) have been loyal customers for years.

Take The Money and Run No Refund Policy. Yesterday, my dog and I tested and bought a dog carrier at Railey's Leash & Treat for$95.00 (in addition to many other overly priced dog and cat toys/treats). We got home & tested the dog carrier some more, preparing for a flight to Arizona. The rods broke and punctured through the material. Today I took it back along with the reciept. I was embarrassed and apologetic because I rarely return things. The owner was cold and rude. He refused to give me a refund and accused me of being involved in some sort of "return the dog carrier" scam. Weird. After being harrassed and accused by this angry owner for 1/2 hour he finally "let me" exchange it for the exact same shoddy product. I drove home with something I didn't want, feeling abused and scammed. I will never shop there again.
