nice place. I have stayed here a few times in the past and have found it to be very comfortable and easy to get to. The rooms are clean and the staff is very accomodating. For the price you cant beat it. When in Seattle I will be at the Columbus. I come on business and it fits into my budget. The manager lives on property and monitors the motel security which is very safe.

Good place to stay. I stayed at this hotel for 6 months. They are priced reasonable and the customer service is unmatched.

I accidently forgot a piece of my luggage there and when I went back 4 months later they were still holding it for me.

I would definately say this place is affordable and comfortable

don't give them a credit card. don't pay with credit or debit card, pay cash only. I lived there 5 months, paid weekly with debit card, got socked with $660.00 unauthorized charge on my card after I moved out, my word against theirs that I damaged room, believe me, I did not. Place is very seedy, of course, it's on Aurora ave, I was homeless so couldn't afford regular apartment lease, so had to stay there, pay by the week ($300.00/wk).

Place works for people in transit, but only pay in cash, they will steal so never leave money in your room. sincerely, michael shelton
