My car looks like new....... thanks to the guys at PAD. I couldn't believe my eyes today. Some derelicts to society stole my car last week and trashed the inside pretty badly. Justin and Matthew were fantastic, they delt with me and the insurance people(and everyone knows thats never easy) and got me going in my car in less than 3 business days. They definately made me feel whole again and my little "Bugsy".I can't believe I have never had my car detailed before just for no reason except that it's a treat for you and your car. By the way my car is a 1993 and its sparkling. Treat yourself,They are amazing at what they do.

Pacific Auto Detail -- Amazing Detail. I took my 2000 Honda Accord coupe in to get detailed before I listed it to sell. I had the inside and outside detail completed and it turned out perfect. The first potential buyer I had come take a look at it was amazed at how new my 11 year old car looked. I ended up selling it for my asking price. I will continue to use Pacific Auto Detail for my detail work and recommend them to all my friends.

Pacific Auto Detail - Shoddy work. See complete review below:

Mike called me up and apologized for the incident below and offered to detail my car for free to make things up. He also said he would reprimand the employee who cursed at me. Fair. OK, I guess having the owner call is good...since he is ultimately responsible for his business and his employees. So, I may even take him up on his offer. -Jim

My Sienna leaked. I had Pacific Auto Detail try to find the source...but they were unable. OK, fair enough, but frustrating since they charged me 4 hours for their time. They dried out and enzymed the rugs...which was good. Upon picking up the car however, I noticed they did not fully replace the jute under the carpet. I brought this to Mark's attention and he proceeded to replace the missing pieces. I then proceeded to inspect the car to see if anything else was missing...and upon inspection, the trim piece along the door pulled up in my hand. They had not secured it with the mounting clips...in fact, the clips were missing. I brought this to Mark's attention and he denied ever seeing the clips. I told him he needed to find them or make it right...and he cursed at me and told me to leave...which I didn't. Rather, I went into the garage and found the missing clips in a plastic box on the work bench. I pulled them out and showed them to another worker...who told me they wouldn't fit. I took them out to the car and...wouldn't you know it, they were exactly like the ones on the other door. He came out and pushed them into place and...eureka! The trim piece snapped into place just like it was supposed to. Moral #1: always thoroughly check your vehicle before driving off. Moral #2: Be very suspect when a mechanic denies responsibility for something you know is wrong. Moral #3: Pacific Auto Detail does very shoddy work.

Took a tired Truck and made it shine!. Great service and very easy deal with. I will be back with my other cars and I'll pass the word to my friends, which is the biggest complimenti can give!

THE SWIRL-FREE PROS. When was the last time you brought your Mercedes or BMW to a shop and they promised a swirl-free detail, only to find out when the sun shined that it looked like a zig zag? Well guys. This place rocks! Both guys there were kind, curtious and professionals. My (black) BMW is so F'ing black and shinny I could almost cry. They do everything from colorsanding to overspray removal and a whole lot of other things. I would go back daily if I could, but the paint would melt...Ha ha ha Thank you so much Pacific Auto Detail. By the way, all my buddies from the yaght club are coming. Enjoy!!!!
