What People Are Saying About Best Plumbing & Heating

I recently remodeled my bathroom and ordered many of the accessories from Best Plumbing since they had a great selection. I was on kind of a time delay and asked if the items would arrive before my deadline. I was assured that they would each of the three (3) times I asked. Then - no, they weren't there as promised. And they weren't there the nexxt day or even the next day or the day after that. Eventually bits arrived, but not all the pieces together and in the end, my toilet paper holder took over 30 days to arrive at their location. Which meant I drove there 5 times to pick up pieces. Each time I had to wait a long time for someone to help me and everyone was really rude. I tried complaining about how long things were taking and expresssing my dissatisfaction at their failure to meet their word, and was chastized for thinking things would arrive on time -- "30 days is what we tell people to expect for delivery." So -- if you have all the time in the world and don't mind being ignored and then treated poorly - shop at Best Plumbing!! I wish I had just ordered everything online from Kohler's own website.

It was really hard to get a salesperson's attention from the start. We did finally find one who gave us a relatively reasonable price on the products. The they were delivered several days late. We called several times for technical information on installation, but the calls were never returned, and when we got through, the service department seemed annoyed at the question. We finally returned to the store, and received conflicting information from two different salespeople. We really expected more from the "Best" plumbing.
