In Short – The quintessential loud, luminescent and at times rowdy sports bar. It's just far enough from the University that students generally account for only half the population at any one time. Conversation is best kept outside, away from the whirring pinball tables and blaring music. Greasy bar food will coat your stomach for the wide assortment of beers on tap: Bud, MGD, Hefe-Weizen, Mack and Jack, Beck's, Rogue, Mirror Pond, and Cider--just to name a few. – – – –
Editor's Tips
- When to Go:
- Pool tournaments are every Sunday night at 8:30pm; Dart contests start at 11pm on Thursdays.
All around, a nice place to spend an evening

The waitstaff and the bartenders get to know you pretty quickly - which is nice.
There's usually an open pool table or dart board, and their poker tournys are always a fun way to meet new people - and they have a pretty decent selection of beers, and can mix up anything else you might want.
Bar food is good - best deal is two corndogs for $2 ($1 if you're there during Happy Hour).
- Pros: Great Waitstaff, Darts, Pool
Great for watching games.....

If you're looking for a place to watch football....this is it. They get College Gameplan on Saturday, and NFL Ticket on Sunday....If the Seahawks aren't on, expect to see The Chicago Bears on the big screen...they have about 15-20 tv's total. Open at 9am during football season.
- Pros: Sports, Relaxed, Happy Hour
- Cons: Parking, No Windows really...

I've been going there for just about 2 years. They have dart and pool tournaments, poker, and much social fun to be had. The bartenders really take the time to get to know peoples names. The food is traditional bar fare like nachos, burgers, and salads. All very good! Their chicken strips are excellent! Highly Recommended!
- Pros: Friendly Staff, Happy Hour, Clean
Great Place

Recently redone interior, lots of tv's, great food, lots of draft choices and drinks as well.
We really like hanging here the staff will greet you by name once they know you!
- Pros: staff, food, drinks
Why bother
by darthrabbit at Citysearch
Loud, bright bar with a crummy beer selection and a rude, unwelcoming staff. With so many other great bars in the area, why stop here?
- Pros: Games
- Cons: Staff, Prices, Noise
