Prenatal Yoga class rocks!. I am 21 weeks pregnant and went to the class for the first time last night, it came highly recommended. I was a little nervous showing up by myself for the first time but everyone was so welcoming. The class was tailored to the issues that the women are having while still creating a good workout and stretches for us who have yet to have any. It is also nice being in a class with women who are all going through the same things that you are. I would suggest the prenatal yoga class to anyone who is expecting 15 weeks and up.

Don't. The classes here are fine. But if you are in need of guidance or having problems with your relationship, please don't come here for counseling. You will be spending alot of money to be ridiculed and shamed. Go to a professional. Go to some one with training, education, experience and credientials. Go to someone that will treat you with empathy, kindness and respect.
