Both on the night when our train arrived 5 hours late, and the morning we departed Seattle, the Amtrak staff here at King Street Station were very accommodating, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy their work. From the ticket agents who assisted us with reservation changes to the extremely helpful porter staff who helped us get aboard the train before the rush so my husband didn't get jostled...they were great.
