I've always had a good experience here. Granted I only go in pretty much once a year at xmas time - but especially then i expect the staff to be very harried and stressed. instead, they have always been calm, relaxed and real. my packages have always gotten delivered without any hassle and for less than i expected. the staff is great - maybe due to good management? anyway - thanks ups staff for always coming through!

I print out labels from work and drop them by the store when I want to make sure its in process same day. No waiting for the UPS guy/gal!

Avoid this location. The owner is the worst customer service professional I have ever encountered. The rest of the staff seems alright, but the owner needs to stay in the back.

Seriously could not be easier! Had a big box of clothing to ship to my sister in CO - my husband has done this before so her address is on file. They weighed it, measured it, taped it up & less than 5 minutes later I was outta there. I have been putting off sending this package because I have PTSD from the last time I had to mail something from an actual post office. Don't be afraid. It is clean, fast, friendly & easy!!

Seriously who doesn't love to receive packages? Because I know I sure do! So I have been to this location more than once. And every single time the service is always great. I dealt with almost all of their employees and every single one of them is extremely friendly.

Plus you don't have to worry about bringing in your package boxed and ready to ship. Because they'll box up whatever you bring in at a very fair price. So in my book that extra charge is totally worth it.

And in case you forgot grandma's birthday don't fret, because they have greeting cards on hand. Plus there is a Bartell's just a few steps away if your granny needs something more like the Clapper.

Because of the friendly staff, great location, and convenient parking, I always use this UPS location when I have to ship. I've visited this location a number of times over the past year and have always been met with friendly help, which I NEED. Another plus, I've never had trouble finding parking in the lot. As a shipping novice, I usually need all the help I can get. Jon has helped me on multiple occasions and has always had fast and friendly service. Today he trimmed down the box I was shipping, which ended up minimizing my shipping cost. Thanks Jon, and see you next time!
