Editorial Review for J & M Cafe and Cardroom – by Citysearch Editors

In Short
This classic saloon-style setting was once the backdrop for loggers and gamblers from centuries past. Now, local nine-to-fivers stop in during the day for a burger basket and a cold one before heading back to the daily grind. Come sundown, tables are pushed aside to make room for halter top-clad beauties and college guys. Prepare to slide against sweaty bodies on weekend nights. Spirits are served keg-party style, in a plastic cup.

Some girlfriends and I went here last Friday night. Some of my friends were charged $4 for drinks, and then some of us were charged $8 for the same drink...not good. The crowd is totally sketchy. We were having a good time until someone put something in my friend's drink and we ended up spending the rest of the night in the ER. DON'T GO HERE!!!

Cons: sketchy people, expensive drinks, so-so service

Man! I've been like a loyal patron of the Jay And Em Cafe for like, EVER man! That was until I heard about the TRAVESTY of the ABSENCE of The Famous Paul Daniel!!!!!! I was all like, "Dude!!!! What the fizzuck up?!?!?!?" P-Diddy is like THE SHI-AT, and I can't be getting my "drink-on" without that Bad Mutha-Fukkah doin' his THANG!!!! So I don't know if I'll EVER be comin' back to the "J I S M" if the "Paul-ity" of the place is goin' down!!!!!!!!!!!.......... Bythewaylickmynutzlance.......
