I do believe the potstickers can rival the ones in Taipei. The food is so reasonably priced. I highly recommend the potstickers, the spicy pork dumplings, and definitely the onion pancakes.

I think it would be hard to find a better value in the International Distircit. I think they have the best dumplings and green onion pancake in the International District. The green onion pancake is crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. Its fun to watch them make the handmade dumplings at the table by the fridge. It is the type of place that if you run into a friend here you know they must have good tastse in food.

Seattle isnt known for it Chinese food but this little restaurant has some of the best dumplings and green onion pancakes in town. It is vegetarian friendly. One thing to remember is that they only take cash. But dinner for two will cost you about $13.
