Editorial Review for Mae Phim Thai Restaurant – by Citysearch Staff

In Short
Fast paced and dirt cheap, this friendly family-run restaurant offers a handful of simple dishes to eat in or take out. A dozen Formica tables fill up quickly, but service is speedy. Lower-downtown working folk can sit down to an enormous plate of pad thai or curry (and more often than not, a complimentary bowl of soup as well), and still have time to window-shop before the clock strikes "You're late."

If you plan on eating in, best go before noon or after 1:30pm; otherwise, takeout is your best bet for a work-day meal.
