eggs-cellent!. Probably one of our most favorite spots to dine for breakfast/brunch on the weekends in downtown. The omelets are amazing! I've never had omelets cooked so delicate and soft - I guess that's how I'd best describe them. My favorite combo is the roasted chicken, swiss and arugula. AND THE POTATOES!!! (You'll have to try them yourselves to know what I mean!) Plus, the bloody mary's are tasty. The staff is friendly and courteous. It's a great hideaway from the crowded Capitol Hill restaurants - I get tired of the wait sometimes.

Best Brunch Spot in Seattle. Library Bistro's brunch menu was diverse and inexpensive. Our waiter was engaging and helpful. Valet parking was only $7.00 and there was a fast return on my car. Overall, it was a very good experience. I'll return for lunch or dinner in the near future."

Amazing Brunch, Attentive Service, Hooked for Life!!. We loved our experience at the Library Bistro. My girlfriend and I shared the french toast which was life changing. Not kidding. I sometimes wake up with drool spots on my pillow and realize I was dreaming of the caramel sauce and bananas. Mmmmmm....

We also shared an eggs benedict which rivals any I've ever had.

Service was nice and attentive but also not intrusive. We'll be back ASAP!

Stimulating?. I had such a wonderful time, I felt as though I was in my study. The server had so much personality and the food was simple and exquisite. I was surprised by their combination of flavors and it all went together so nicely. For example, I had a roasted pumpkin soup with fried sage and spiced nuts, I also ended up ordering beets, despite the fact that i don't like beets, I aparently love them when they are done this way.

I also noticed a rediculous and stuck-up guest sitting in the booth next to me and the server kept his cool the whole time and took care of their every stupid request, even when they ordered mac'n cheese with the cheese on the side.

Overall, it was lovley and I would recomend it to anyone.

Did you know you can buy any book in the bistro for $5?

Horrible Experience. Worst fine dining experience ever! First the tuna tasted like rubber. Second the hommos had HAIR in it! How gross! This place should go out of business. I will never waste my money here again. PLEASE AVIOD!! Save your money and take it where the chef does not put hair in your food. I would have been happier going to MC Donalds.

Editorial Review by Billy Gil. Read, drink and be merry and this bookstore and bar, which serves breakfast and lunch in a bohemian-chic setting.

Top notch breakfast/lunch spot. wow. what a refreshing stop. I went in on a sunday morning for brunch. it wasn't too crowded and the service was stellar. the host made me feel instantly welcome, the waitress was incredibly attentive w/out being overbearing, and the manager even swung by the table to see how everything was going but didn't stay so long that he interupted my meal.

The food was excellent. I had a ham, cheddar, and wild mushroom omelette that was fluffy and flavorful. The mushroom were sauteed just right. The bread looked/tasted home made, and the strawberry jam was delicous. I also had a side of applewood smoked bacon that I would definitely recommend. My hats off to great great great morning spot. I will return.
