Live in the neighborhood and have always wanted to go to Vito's but after reading the bad reviews I think I will stay away and especially after the shooting there.............

When you enter Vito's it is like being blasted a few decades back in time. A simpler time, when quality people like the Italian Mafia would convene in quality establishments like Vito's Madison Grill for quality food and quality drinks. Nowadays, the mafioso may no longer linger amongst the seedy underbelly of the Emerald City, but Vito's continues to persevere. The happy hour is one of the best kept secrets of Seattle, and hey, over consumption is quickly solved by a hop, skip, and a jump to many of Seattle's finest emergency care centers located on First Hill. The double bar is perfect for some lonely regretful post-looks like someone has got a case of the Mondays blues or for large parties looking to unwind (to varying degrees) after a busy week, Vito's has something for everyone. The bartenders also seem to have this traditional habit of adding the tab together incorrectly, usually in your favor. And if Top-40 dance hits are more in your liking, every weekend some of the top DJs set up shop to turn the ever versatile Vito's from fine dining to trendy lounge to dance club. There is nothing else in life like a true Vito's experience.

The Service is horrible. The Bar's staff are all shady. Hopefully, they will go under soon!! My visits there have kept me from ever going back.
