The Scene – Lunch can be crowded with employees from nearby dot-coms, while dinner tends to be populated by older neighborhood residents. Either way, there's nothing much to look at in this simple establishment--clean and nondescript, it's the food and camaraderie that are the focus here. – – The Food – The menu initially appears tamer than its Eastside sister location, as the house specialties are listed only on the whiteboard--and only in Mandarin. Cashew chicken is texturally pleasing, with fat chunks of tender meat playing off crunchy cashews and celery. Pork…

Hidden Beauty

This restaurant is by far my favorite. You can't get a better deal in town, especially for the awesome food they serve. Huge variety, hard to choose once you pick your favorites, but cheap enough to get all of them! I love this restaurant, never been dissapointed...except for the service.
- Pros: Delicious, Affordable
- Cons: Service, Atmosphere
Hands down best Chinese food outside of Chendu
by kkchen at Citysearch
This place has the most spicy, mouth watering (or numbing if prefer) food anywhere. The prices are great and the staff is very helpful if you ask. For newbies, I'd start with the dry-cooked chicken, boiled fish, and twice-cooked pork. All three, IMHO, are the best tasting food you can buy with any amount of money - I'm not kidding.
Unlike most other Chinese food places that serve Chinese-American food, this place is down-home Sichuan cuisine. Authentic, period. It tastes like my grandma use to make it, and reminds me of home... Maybe it'll take you far away.
- Pros: Food, Inexpensive, Amazing food
- Cons: Too, busy, eating...

You have not experienced the best of Seattle or Chinatown until you have been to this place! The hot pot is simply fabulous...and the pot stickers are simply to die for, in fact you can actually take uncooked ones home to serve at a party! itll make you want to go back again and again, there is a reason this place breeds regulars, once you've been here you'll never want to go anywhere else!
YUmmy!
- Pros: HOT POT, cheap and good, friendly staff
- Cons: lighting, too loud sometimes
