I would have to say that our manager, Rachelle, is great at what she does. She is very friendly, easy to talk to, knows your name and what unit you’re in. She is great at addressing problems and filling your requests. Phone calls are answered in a timely manor and she is easy to find. However, our on-site managers are impossible to get a hold of. I have called them three times, and one was an emergency. I have never gotten an answer and they have only returned my phone call once, which was a whole 24 hours past the time that I needed them. The building is well kept, but it is much older than some in the area. The living area in my one bedroom apartment long and narrow, but provides a lot of space. Parking is $75 a month, which feels expensive, but when compared to others in the area it is reasonable. Security is a priority in the building, and most of the residents do not let individuals in. A bit pricy for a one bedroom, but it's in Seattle.
