Scum of the earth. This firm is more interested in bullying, and causing generalized financial harm rather than collecting on accounts. Personally I would avoid using this collection agency in the future. Unless of course you want your customer base and their friends (potential clients) to be forever pissed at you. Remember businesses are built and sustained from positive references. The trickle down effect of having a collection agency such as United Collection Services Inc,(DBA Physicians and Dentists credit) manhandle your clients is a surefire way of going under.…
Helped us bring in a lot of old receivables. I'm really thankful for United Collection. We were getting way too behind on our receivables since the recesssion and United helped us bring in a bunch of it. I'd recommend them in the Seattle area.

I have had a personal debt collection business with this agency in April after my tenant got eviction from a judgement. I mailed full detailed documents to one of the collector. One week later, I
received a letter from him, but I found out he sent me a wrong letter which was actually sending to my tenant. I called him immediately to let him know that he made a mistake. Since then, he had no contact with me. Three months later, I thought that he was following my case, so I sent couple emails to him to update the progress. However, he had never replied to me. I felt something wrong, so I called the company to find out what's going on? It is almost six months. Another collector told me that I have never had any record/information in the company. Also, the guy who took care of my case, was not working in the office anymore. I tried to ask about my case...
He felt frustrated then he hanged up on me. Two hours later, another collector called me (I left a message to let him call me back). After we had a short conversation, he promised that he would call me back on Monday. Today is Friday night. He has never call me back to follow up my case. I thought that they could help me to collect all the money back from my tenant. I did regret!!!
I did waste my time to wait for their result, but got nothing!!! Don't do the business with this agency!!! Because they don't care about you. Totally ignore YOU!!! Just waste your time to get nothing!!!…
My experience was only minor problem. I was fortunate and able to pay my small balance as soon as I returned the call. Walt was professional, though I did not have to dispute or make special arrangements on the bill. My only beef with them is that they called 3 times back-to-back and did not identify themselves as a collections agency, only by Walt's name. Also, their answering greeting does not identify them as a collections agency, only as "United." As far as I can tell, this is not an authorized way to contact a consumer. They have to identify themselves as a collections agency the first time they contact you.…
