SHUT THEM DOWN

I will not go in to detail with my horror story about United but I will say if you have a medical bill that you owe the in most cases the hospital will take your payment without the interest regardelss of how old it is. You don't have to bullyied by this business. And if you make payment at the original place you recieved services. This organization doesn't get your money, then they loose money and will hopefully and eventually go out of business.

• Cons: This buisness is operating with unfair business practices

UCS Unproffesional Attidudes & Threats

I too have received many rude, degrading, yelling, and threatening phone calls from United Collections. I've been refused a copy of my bill, refused payment plans and been hung up when I questioned them regarding the laws & my rights. WA state has a 3 year statue on what can be collected on. If you bell is 3+ years old, it's too old to be collected on and has to be written off. I strongly suggest everyone to get a book called "Debt Cures, what they don't want you to know about" by Kevin Tredau. Do NOT own up to any debt until after you have read this book. It does wonders and explains OUR rights and what UCS has to do.

• Pros: worst collections agency I've ever heard about
• Cons: refuse to work with people, just want money

200 dollar bill

i just started receiving calls from this agency. i have never dealt with such a rude company. I advised them ~ would check with the original creditor and at that point they started harassing me. I even advised that I was trying to take care of the issue and they didn't have to treat me that way. Dave didn't want to hear and threatened suit as well as saying he didn't have to accept in terms of agreement. OK! so why are you calling me besides HARASSING me over 200 dollars I would make arrangemets to pay. What a joke!
