What People Are Saying About Dick's Drive-In Restaurants

In Short – Dick Spady's orange-hued drive-in is Seattle's homespun answer to the Golden Arches. The later it gets, the younger the crowd, as teenagers and college partiers arrive for late-night fuel. Dick's Deluxe comes with American cheese and a squirt of pickle-specked mayo. Hand-cut fries (pay a few cents extra for ketchup or tartar sauce) and Vitarich milk shakes are meant to be eaten in the car with the door ajar, the radio blaring.
Awesome Burgers & Shakes, but Soggy Fries
by DebReese
I personally love their burgers (& I love that you can't use their name in the review because it's inappropriate) and shakes, and the employees there are especially nice, considering they make >$10/hour. However, I am a crispy fry sort of person, and their fries are too soggy and greasy for me. There are people who like this better, but not I. I would recommend getting 2 burgers and skip the fries, but that's just me...
- Pros: Fast & Cheap
- Cons: When it rains, you'll get wet :(
Unless you are drunk I would recommend it!

Greasy and tasteless burgers! They are counting on drunken college kids who do not have much to spend.
- Pros: price
- Cons: everything about this place!
The Most Overrated Burger Joint In Seattle
by chad10101
It's amazing at how hyped up this place is. The food is mediocre at best, and the service is terrible. The only form of redemption is the price, which even then isn't that good. There is much better burger joints in the area, for example Daily's up on eastlake and Red Mill.
- Pros: Price? Maybe?
- Cons: Service, Food, Just about everything
