Warm, inviting neighborhood Italian. In yuppiefied Seattle, it used to be you had your choice: skimpy quantities of pricey but sublime food, or vast quantities of ghastly, inedible food. Ciao Bella is one of those rare, welcoming places where you can get two full meals out of an order of one of their delicious, easily affordable, well-prepared Italian standards. You'll never believe, with all its homey, Tuscan touches that this place used to be a daycare, and before that, a garage. If you're craving a platter of real, authentic, slow-simmered Bolognese like Mamma used to make, this is where you must go. The desserts are inventive and tasty. A great place for large groups or to bring out-of-town guests. They sure don't let you leave hungry.

absolutely wonderful. this place is awesome! the first time i went i was impressed with service, food, ambiance, the whole experience. the second time i went i realized this could easily be my favorite! each dish had so much flavor and tasted so fresh, you know you are getting authentic itallian for a reasonable price, and you can bring the kids! i took my 7 year old and he fit in just fine. so whether it is a romantic date for 2 or a casual family dinner you'll feel at home and taken care of here.

the Best!. I've loved everything I've EVER ordered at Ciao Bella. I lived in Seattle 7 years ago & used to frequent this great place. Now that I've moved away, I try to make special shopping trips that of course require a dinner break @ Ciao Bella. 7 years later & the food is still awesome! Everyone I've taken has been impressed.

Wait staff is always accomodating... they always make my favorite, even when it's not featured as a special!

Just right. I can't say enough about how comforting it is to dine here. I've tried many of the pasta dishes and have always loved it. This place is often overlooked, but it's definitely a worthy Italian restaurant.
