wELL I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THIS RESTAURANT IS GOOD...BUT I HATE TO TELL YOU IT is terrible To be honest ALL the Persian Restuarant sin our lovely state of WA are terrible!!! bunch of people with no cooking or food background starting a mom and pop in this case 2 brothers who know nothing about cooking... or want to really learn...i am sorry but don't go to ALBORZ or any of the others around here either. it is a waste of your money and time.. These guys at Caspian don't even have a frikin' print out of receipt? I had no clue what we ordered.. that is very fishy... hand written and squiggles on a piece of receipt book.... we were overcharged and just paid to get the hell out since we were with american friends and didn't want to seem as if WE ARE ALL THIEVES!!!!! GO to KABUL AFGHANI restaurant on 45th. great food.. healthy, clean and great LAMB... I won't go back and support them.... koobideh
Pros: none
Cons: expensive, old and dirty and dishonest business ehtics

Stay away from lamb kebab, they seem to use American lamb (a completely different species from Persian lamb) that tastes and smells horrible (nobody raised in Iran will ever eat or prepare such a poor quality lamb). Beats me why they don't switch to lamb from Australia or New Zealand which tastes much closer to Persian lamb. Chicken kebab is good and that's what we always stick to as we don't eat American beef (due to animals being raised on hormones and fed anything but grass). The decoration is pathetic. As expected from Iranians with an inferiority complex, lots of pictures from Persepolis and good auld glorious days where Persian empire ruled the world (pretty much in the same savage manner that British did earlier last century and Americans do today). To try lamb, go to Alborz in Redmond. They use New Zealand lamb.
Pros: Chicken kebab, Mirza Ghasemi
Cons: Lamb kebab, atmosphere, location
