Awesome. I've been going here since last year and recently the new owner made some noticeable changes. The cafe has a new look now, though I was a bit sad that they got rid of some menus, but the sandwiches are still tasty and got bigger. I love their raspberry scones especially; they are home-made. The drinks are good at a low-cost and Ugly Mug has become one of my favorite place to hang out.…

Pretty bad. We went to the Ugly Mug because it was listed and recommended in CitySearch - bad choice!! The half sandwiches are little more than finger sandwiches, the bread was hard and overtoasted, and the service was mediocre. We had a meatloaf sandwich and the slice of meatloaf was about 1 mm thick. Also it smelled faintly of old lady and was blasting muzak from a radio station that wasn't coming in clearly. We will not be going back.…
