Even when the football hasn't been very good I can alway count on a good pizza. I lover the pesto pasta salad too!
Best pizza I've ever tasted!. I love this pizza. I go out of my way to eat here when I'm down near Seattle, or the Bellevue location if I'm near there, but this is the one that started it all. I love the pizza by the slice. I love how fresh it is. I love watching them toss the crust up as they make it. (Can't get that at the Bellevue location.) Great ambiance.
Best Pizza in Seattle. Not only the best pizza in seattle, probably some of the best pizza i have ever had! Great, fresh ingredients, and some of the best customer service I have ever received!!! Seriously!!! Wish there was one close to me on Capitol Hill!
Best Pizza in Seattle.. Pagliacci's is simply the best pizza place in Seattle. There pepperoni pizza is awesome. The delivery is usually fast. I order here so often that sometimes they don't charge me for the order. The Pagliacci salad is also really good, although I recommend it without garbanzo beans. If you're looking for a consistent, delicious pizza place in Seattle, go to Pagliacci's.
Great Story. For my money this is the best pizza in Seattle. I grab a couple slices here every week - usually pepperoni pizza at about $2.73 per slice, including tax. Great deal, especially since they use local, fresh ingredients and hand make their pies on site daily! Great story - to give an idea of how nice the employees and manager are - I ordered my customary two slices of pie in here last week and the manager told me the next pie would be ready in 5 minutes. It turned out the pie he was referring too was a whole pie order, not for slices, and that it would be a few more minutes for the next pie to be done baking. It was really no problem to begin with as I was reading the paper. Without prompting of any kind, one of the employees came over to me, delivered my money back and two piping hot slices. The manager - I think he was the manager - said "I hope it's OK - sorry about the wait and we hope you come back and try us again soon". Of course I said! It was a very gracious thing to do. It showed the quality of their service and Pagliacci Pizza as a company. This is what Nordstrom and Starbucks aim to be like - great service companies. That is what Pagliacci epitomizes.
Thank you Changan for your great review. We truly appreciate it! We strive for not only great, high quality and affordable pizza, but to deliver that pizza with the best service possible. Thanks again for noting this. We appreciate it very much.

Pretty good pizza. I miss pagliacci's. It wasnt the best pizza, but it's pretty good. Now that I live in another state, I miss it. I liked getting pizza here and also the location in the hub. My favorites are their hawaiian, pepparoni, and cheese pizza. Their pizza by the slice is pretty affordable and their pies aren't expensive.
Thank you Kee for your nice observations. Affordable, high quality pizza with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients is a focus we take great pride in. Thanks for your review, we truly appreciate it.
Sincerely, Jun and the Pagliacci Team
Mmm....
Pagliacci has the best pizza crust I've tasted outside of NYC. Chewy and crispy, their recipe is to die for.
I'd avoid the "Pesto Primo" pizza, though, if you don't like huge 2" diameter blobs of cold Ricotta cheese. *shudder*
A locally owned chain inspires a legion of fans..
In Short
Their reputation is based on a New York-style crust topped with nothing more than tomato sauce and mozzarella. Seasonal pies make use of fresh, local toppings like pears, portobellos, and asparagus. Comfortable, loud and sometimes hectic, the slab concrete floors, exposed duct work and tall ceilings add up to a boisterous, young-at-heart experience. Slices and salads are available, or order a whole pie to share.
Best Pizza!. In my opinion, Pagliacci's is hands down the best pizza in Seattle! The crispy thin crust combined with real mozzarella and a smorgasbord of toppings is what makes Pagliacci the great pizzaria it is. I am not a Seattle native which perhaps makes me a bit more vocal about Pagliacci's but trust me, if you want excellent pizza with some unique and delicious toppings, Pagliacci's is the place to go. Also, although some of their specialties can be a bit pricey, the original cheese is very cheap and still my favorite.
Pagliacci Delivery. I love this pizza! Not too greasy and a nice thin crust, and the large variety of options is a nice touch. Delivery is fast and the guys are friendly, the only downside is that it's expensive. That makes it an order out treat instead of a staple.
