The Scene – Within 30 feet of both Pete's Pizza and Dante's, Monkey Pub can't claim to offer the neighborhood's best food or fun. After all, tasty calzones are Pete's department and tons of video and bar games are Dante's. Monkey's attitude: Who cares? The Monkey is the Best!

I went there after work with some friends and had a great time. It was trivia night - too funny. The service was great - very relaxed atmosphere - we had a great time. They where easy to find - next door to an awesome tattoo parlor - in a mellow area (not scetchy, like it is on the AVE.) cheap drinks & food. We had an awesome time & will definitely go back!

Best Bar in North Seattle

This is the neighborhood bar you always wanted but never had. The jukebox is the best in Seattle and rotates. The staff of the Monkey are great people, pouring great drinks..especially Anthony. Greats taps, vintage rock/seattle decor and live bands on the weekends. Everytime we go back we are welcomed as regulars. Seattle should be so lucky to have a place like this.

This place is cheap drinking 1$ PBR and OLY and great well prices the only thing left is the kick ass jukebox and cool people and great service.
