Initially I had decided to either sell my truck outright, or trade it in on another vehicle when I got it out of the shop. I had owned it for several years and I was beginning to get bored with it. When I did get it back (and sooner than promised) It looked like the truck I had initially purchased. In other words, it looked new again. It had no tell tale signs of body work even being done. No over spray on the rubber trim around the doors and windows, no missed matched color or gloss differences in the paint, just an overall excellent job. I checked for Bondo and found none. Everything had been replaced with new metal body parts. In the past, I have had some less than desirable results with body and fender repair shops. I have even, in the distant past, worked in one. Usually there is inevitably something to find fault with, whether it be paint on the tires, paint dust in the interior, or even extra miles on the speedometer. Here I found absolutely nothing to gripe about. Rare. Since I got it back, there are people that I work with that seem to see the truck for the first time. They even cleaned, vacuumed and wiped down the interior. Anyway, to make a long story a little longer, I've decided to keep my truck. And, lest I forget, thank you Roosevelt Autobody for taking such good care of her. I won't hesitate to refer you guy's to anyone that should ask.
Pros: Two thumbs up!
Cons: 0

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had with my car. They had no idea who I was when I showed up to get an estimate, per their request. They told me it would take 30 minutes and kept me waiting an hour. They were supposed to have arranged a rental car and didn't. When the car was finished they told me that I could come get it at 4:30. I got there at 4:35, and they kept me waiting until after 5:00. When I asked about the wait, the person I talked to just ignored me. I then noticed that the plastic stripe thing that goes down the side of the car (to keep another car from dinging your door) was totally scratched up. They had completely mangled it while "repairing" my car. When I pointed it out, the guy just blew it off and said that they would order a replacement part for me. No apology or anything for the inconvenience. When I got home I looked in the back of the car (it's a Subaru wagon) and someone had sat in the back and collapsed the spare tire compartment. I am beyond furious with this place and unless they do some serious kissing up, I will tell everyone I know how horrible the service was.
Pros: none that I can think of
Cons: horrible customer service, shoddy work
