NEVER NEVER NEVER go here. I'm not an unreasonable person, and I understand how hard it is to have exceptional customer service every time. However, this is unprofessional, and unacceptable. Ballard Camera has poor printing, and poor policy. I recently turned in 3 rolls of film to be developed, and when I received my prints I noticed lines and scratches. I checked the negatives and they were ruined as well. I returned my prints, and they said they would reprint them, but assured me it was more than likely the fault of my own camera, and not their printing. I got the new prints back and I had even MORE scratches and lines. I complained, and asked that my money ($60) be returned because my photos were now ruined. They told me that was impossible, and that they have a zero return policy. If you enjoy paying money for ruined film, enjoy Ballard Camera

The staff was very interesting and fun to talk with; they helped me find just about everything I needed and offered to order the things they didn't have. Great selection of new and old cameras. Very nice online accomodations- quick turn around. The store was a little cluttered; but I wouldn't consider it messy.

Good location in Ballard. Kind of wierd staff, we went in to get our passport pictures taken and had to bring them back due because they were not taken according to Passport photo standards. It was a big inconvenience because we had to go back and forth. However, we have had 35 mm pictures developed and liked how they turned out. I didn't think parking was too bad, since you can run in and out pretty quickly. PROS: Great variety of camera equipment! CONS:
