FINALLY, someone I can trust with my vehicles

I haven't had a mechanic I can trust since 2002 due to various career relocations. A coworker recommended Bernie's after I just dropped 1,200 on 4 engine mounts, a cv boot and an oil change at some other garage. She also gave me a card for a free oil change which is always a cool deal. I took one of our vehicles in and they even replaced the dead battery in her security remote at the same time. Everyone else has said, "Go to the dealer." These guys are absolutely awesome. When I walked in the front door they looked professional and obviously knew what they were talking about from the first words uttered. The mega plus: they didn't try and talk me into senseless replacements for things I knew didn't need to be done. They recommended realistic things that could be done next time I had the extra cash, and they assured me that a problem wouldn't leave me by the side of the road. BUT... if I was left with a disabled vehicle they also have free towing. I about slapped myself in the face to make sure I wasn't dreaming. They also gave me a rewards card which gives me a percentage back with every service done. I've NEVER had a mechanic that's done that even my favorite mechanic known as "Dad." I will definitely continue taking all our vehicles to Bernie's.

Dependable. reliable and honest

I have been trusting the Pro's at Bernie's for years. My car receives service from no one else - oil changes, tire maintenance/repair and all the other things that need to happen to keep my car running well happen there - on time and without compromise! Being a woman, I have had the unfortunate experience of being taken advantage of by other mechanics in the past who assume i don't know how a car runs; this will not happen to you at Bernie's - you can count on that. i strongly suggest you give them a try, i'm sure you have many other things to stress over, leave your car care to them!

Bernie's Automotive, a well oiled machine!

I'm big into customer service and I'm always excited to see companies who understand the importance of this value! Bernie's has a great staff plus they are informative and friendly. They also have a customer care program where you receive a loyalty card, 5 % of what you spend there goes back on the card. In addition you also get roadside assistance! I was beyond pleased by their services and highly recommend them!!!

Great Neighborhood Shop

Bernie's is such a delight to take your car to. They are honest and give great service. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs anything done on their vehicle whether it is an oil change or major work. They are fast and always have my car ready when they say they will. Try them and you will not be disappointed!

Bernie's is Great!

As a female I have never really enjoyed going to the chain stores to get the oil changed in my car. The chain stores are always cold, dirty and smell. The people that work there do not always seem to be very competent. When you walk into to Bernie’s for the first time you know the place is different. The people at the front desk were dressed professionally, they were courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting room is clean and very comfortable. There prices are the same if not a little less expensive than the others. I am overwhelmingly satisfied and will be going back again and again.
