Only use for furniture you care about. It is amazing to see the transformation a quality upholstery job can do to a piece of furniture. Especially if done at Eidem's. I have used them numerous times throughout the years, and have never been disappointed.

They really take pride in their work and are very good about offering recommendations and communicating with you.

I highly recommend them and Howard has a heart of gold, and genuinely cares about his customers.

Very Professional. The owner returned all of my calls, which was great and extremely professional. Then he agreed to do a job for me, and we agreed upon the meeting place where he would pick up my item, and he showed up right on time. In addition, he responded quickly to all of my calls. If one word comes to mind while thinking of the service that Eidem's Custom Upholstery provided, it is 'professional'.

Unprofessional.. The owner neglected to return several calls, which he chalked up to losing my number. Then he agreed to do a job for me, and we agreed upon the meeting place where he would pick up my item, and he never showed or called. He also never responded to my calls.
