Bad Service. Glenn whom answered the phone at Safelite hung up on me. This is the first time in my life I've had a business I was seeking service from treat me this way. I was requesting information regarding a quote for a chipped windshield and this particular shops process when Glenn decided to hang up on me. I was asking for information as I was trying to decide if I should claim the chip on my insurance when Glenn insisted I give him my phone number. My number is unlisted and I asked him to insert 0's for the phone number at which point he hung up on me! If that's the service offered at Safelite I don't need it. The People at Novus in Burien were very accomendating.

Chip Repair - Nice Job. In February 2009 I made the call to get a chip repaired (instead of waiting too late to pay for a new windshield). Safelite (665 S. Dakota St) sent out "Keith", on a mobile repair, to my Redmond home location and he was absolutely outstanding. Bottom line, I can't even tell there was any issue with the windshield at all . He lifted the chip right out within 30 minutes. Plus, he was such a friendly guy. My girlfriend just had the same issue with her windshield and I'm sending her to them and having her ask for "Keith" to do the fix of the chip. From this experience I highly recommend.
