Wedding Flowers. They did the flowers for my wedding and all I can say was that their work is absolutely above and beyond gorgeous. The flowers at our ceremony and the reception were lush and fresh and imaginative

this is my favorite flowershop in Seattle. This company was most helpful in gettig a floral order to my fiance who was in Seattle on a business trip. I would highly reccommend them for their quick service and professionalism.

Terrible customer service and response‎. Hansen's delivered a nice plant to our house sent by friends in sympathy for the loss of a family member. When backing up the driveway the driver hit a large Japanese salt pot we use for flower arrangements and broke it. When confronted the driver denied the accident and the store manager refused to accept reponsibility for the drivers actions. Typically I accept that accidents do happen and am reasonable in regards "how to deal with it" , but Hansens refusal to acknowledge their culpability motivated this comment. I will also be leaving as many "comments" as possible on other sites. My business will never work with them again.

Nice Flowers. Hansen's delivered a nice arrangment to my sister on her birthday, the flowers were beautiful and it was deliver on time as promise 5+

Great customer service and flowers. The flower arrangement that was made for me was exceptional, and the flowers looked really, really fresh. The store has been there for over 60 years, and I always receive great service every time I call or go to Hansen's.
