Kiersten is GREAT! And the selection UNBEATABLE. Being a greenhorn to the whole cigar thing stressed me out a little considering I was buying one for a birthday gift...I had gone to a store that was closer to my house and was not impressed....BUT after looking online I found out about Rain City Cigars so I gave them a call...THANK GOD I FOUND KIERSTEN...she gave me more helpful info over the phone than the guy at the shop close to home...I decided no matter what I was gonna drag my ass from North Bend to Seattle. I walked in and was greeted by name...the shop itself is impressive and has more options than you could imagine...BUT the customer service and knowledge of what they have is seriously unbeatable. I left with some new knowledge to live by when purchasing my next cigar (which will be at rain city of course) AND two great cigars that I have confidence that my friend is gonna LOVE! Thanks!!! PS...pricing is a PLUS

Your tobacco purveyor in G Town. These are friendly, intelligent folks that stock excellent cigars and equipment, and even the little wooden boxes for a buck apiece. Worth stopping in. Also, if you like woodworking stores, there's one next door.

Amazing shop! Definely worth going!. Who would have thought that a local shop would have this kind of selection and still be able to beat the prices of most online retailers. This place is absolutely amazing! Plus, they make great recommendations without being pushy. Try going to other cigar shops and asking for recommendations... The environment is very clean and well lit (the place has windows!) and makes you feel like you are buying a quality product. They offer volume discounts and even have Cigar sampling events!

The Best Cigar Shop in Seattle.. They have always given me the best advice on great cigars, lighters, & cutters.

It is rare to find a business built on great products and great customer service

The shop is located in the South Seattle / George Town District / the Michigan street exit off I-5.

I like them best because, they give great opinons and never made me feel foolish for asking even the most basic questions.

Great selection, great prices, PRO AMERICA!. Wonderful to shop where the business values their customers, treats them with espect, and is pro America! Great selection and very reasonable prices, very clean, knowledgeable, helpful.
