headache on wheels. Called because my car didn't start. Had to wait 4 days for an appointment. They set the time (9:30 am). I waited for over on hour but the mechanic never showed up, nor did I recieve a phone call. When I called they said they don't make definite appointments. They said my appointment was for that day but not a certain time. Why set a time at all then? They should just say wait around your broken car all day and we might show up. The woman who works the phone treated me like I was putting her out from the momment I called. I have no idea how this place stays in business. They really act like they don't wan't your business from the very start.
