Twister and X-box fun!. I went to Jillians on Memorial day weekend. It was so FUN! There was a Halo2 X-box Tournament! The service was great and the food was good. Our server was so nice and funny. There were things going on everywhere. Twister, dancing, hula-hoops, pool, drinks, video games. I had a great time and I'll go back soon.

Jillian's Service. It would be a really great place to watch sports, if you could ever get service, both beer and food take forever, even without much of a crowd

If you like slow service, go here. Terrible service during games in the bar upstairs AND downstairs. Will NEVER watch a sporting event there again. Why? I've been there four times for sporting events. Each time the first drink has taken well over 30 minutes, food takes at least 45 minutes to an hour after being ordered, and any subsequent service is slow as molasses. Get more servers!

Not again...!!!!. I keep trying to give Jillians another chance as a decent place to grab a game and grub. Each time I leave disappointed. The food is absolutely horrible. I keep trying new items (or forget I tried something only to be re-disappointed) and each time I am amazed at how poor the food is. Nachos...how can anyone ruin nachos???

Bring a group for great service!. Book a group at Jillians to get great service. They take really good care of you, even assigning a server almost exclusively to you (see other reviews on this board that are favorable all involve a GROUP (ie. office party, birthday party) coming instead of an individual). We brought a group of 25 there, and got 3 hours of pool and ping pong, a buffet table of appetizers (avoid the pizza, make sure you get the chicken strips), and a very attentive server. A great time had by all, and it was less expensive than a night here would have cost me as an individual. Jillians is also the official "Cleveland Browns Backers" club home in Seattle on Sunday mornings. Finally, I've had a few very enjoyable first dates at Jillians, and one great night of meeting cute guys when I went there to play pool with a girlfriend!

Highly overrated sports-bar. I like a good sports bar and I *really* wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, Jillian's doesn't even qualify as "passable". It has perhaps the slowest serving staff (as well as bartenders) that I've ever seen before. You might want to opt to order two drinks at a time because otherwise you'll be lucky to catch a buzz over the course of the evening. Along with the most horrible cooked food (the fries are the worst I've ever had) you can expect wait-staff attitude and an ample assortment of regularly broken-down videogames. Do yourself the favor and ignore any buzz you hear about this place.

Hot Servers! Stiff Drinks!. Hey Guys! Jillians has hot servers, they may be bitchy at times but they're cute! They have never been rude to my friends and I, we always have a great time playing pool and hanging out with the staff! I guess if you happen to get bad service at Jillians, you may want to re-evaluate your attitute towards your server. My experience has been that if you are cool to them, they will be very cool to you.... and did I say, they are hot?

Horrible Service. Jillian's has a good atmosphere, but the worst service in Seattle. We went there for my birthday, and it took them an hour to get us a server. We repeatly asked workers there if they could server us, but they would say they would send someone right over. Then our waiter was rude, drunk (admittingly), and told us how bad Irish Catholics are. I'm Irish Catholic. Good food and atmosphere, horrible service.
