Editorial Review for Jillian's Billiard Club – by Citysearch Editors
In Short
A smorgasbord of sports-bar entertainment, Jillian's is filled with dozens of beautiful pool tables. There are also video games, air-hockey tables, darts and pingpong tables. Despite all the distractions, the space is roomy and relaxed. A sizable loft space offers plenty of tables along with another bar. Food can be brought to the pool tables to munch while waiting for your friends to rack up; the king-sized burgers make an excellent meal.

So a group of people from my work all went out to Jillians on Saturday night. There waere approximately 10-15 of us having a good time and spending lots of money on their over priced drinks. In addition to having a pretty cocky server and slow bartenders a bouncer kept telling two of my friends to take off there baseball hats because they were not allowed to wear them in Jillians. Are you kidding me?. Think about it they are not allowed to wear baseball hats in a sports bar. I didn't realize we lived in a communist country. It was absolutely ridiculous! None of us will be going back. Thanks for everything Jillians, we will be spending our money elsewhere.
Pros: Location
Cons: Bartenders, Servers, and Bouncers

This is without doubt, the most disappointing restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Bussing my own table, notwithstanding, the server had the audacity to tell me that it was not a priority to wipe down the table when asked for a rag. She even argued with me when I told the manager we had waited 20 minutes for our table to be cleaned. On top of all this, neither of the managers was apologetic about the absolutely worthless service. I wouldn’t go here again if they were handing out $100 bill at the door.
Pros: location and parking
Cons: most unprofessional staff ever
