What People Are Saying About Peso's

In Short – The high ceiling is lipstick-red, cheesy bullfight art covers the lounge's back wall and the back bar couldn't be gaudier. It's tawdry--and fun. The fare presents few surprises, except for its spiciness. Unlike family-oriented Mexican places, this joint holds nothing back. Carne asada (broiled flank steak) and camarones al mojo de ajo (grilled shrimp in garlic butter) come in two versions: standard and diablo (with that devilish roasted habanero sauce).
Editor's Tips
- Know Before You Go:
- Peso's also serves up a Mexican-themed brunch, offering scrambles, migas and other breakfast favorites.
- What to Drink:
- There's a long list of specialty margaritas, as well as sangria and Mexican beers.
- Happy Hour:
- Daily from 4pm to 6pm and 10pm to 1am, offering discounted bar snacks.
- Save Money:
- During "breakfast happy hour," menu items are a few bucks cheaper (Mon-Fri 9am-11am).
White People love tacos

I'm a white person that loves mexican food. Pesos gets it done, and chopstix dueling piano bar is just around the corner when you can't get in to pesos.

Rude

Rude brunette female server. Drinks were just ok (weak pour). Food is great though
My friends and I were so loud and drunk we got the boot.

Yes. We got the boot from Peso's for being so loud. As loud as this place was a group of 5 of my friends and I were asked to pipe down at the height of drunkeness.
We weren't happy about it, but the place still rocks.
You have to try the Breakfast HH! Half Price!

I live for the crab, roasted corn and avocado benedict with chipotle hollandaise. Even their little breakfast potatos are exemplary. It's such a cool interior crafted by northwest artists that even if you have nothing to say to your date you can have fun taking in the visual.
Their HH food is the best. There's about 30 choices each for $3-$6. The texmex cuisine is creative and thoughtful and I have to recommend the pomagranet sangria very highly.
- Pros: One of Seattles funnest restaurants
Boo to u all Pesos is the best place in the entire universe!
