Fresh, Local Pizza - Local and Seasonal Ingredients. Pretty off base review below - not liking Pagliacci Pizza for whatever reason is fine - but they actually use some of the freshest, locally sourced ingredients in the industry. This weekend we had the seasonal roma tomato and basil pizza - amazing. And the reason people LOVE Pagliaccis - and the reason Pagliacci Pizza received the Life Time Achievement Award for best pizza in Seattle by the Seattle Weekly this last week (Aug '08) - best crust in the industry (Seattle) best sauce and local, fresh, seasonal ingredients. BEST PIZZA!. My boyfriend and I went here on your last day in Seattle. It was well worth it and we are definitely coming back the next time we are in town. I guess the staff could tell we were out of towners because we looked confused, but they were great. I liked the fact that there has variety on there menu. There was a lot to choose from and they also serve pasta. They also sell by the slice if you are on the go. I would have to say thank you to the delivery guy we saw at our hotel and the person who orded the pizza. We would not know this place existed if it weren't for them.…
Super thin crust!. I love Pagliacci's. If you love thin crust this is the best I've had. Have them stretch the 13" crust to 17" for an even thinner pizza. Best gourmet Pizza in Seattle. My mom and I were at a hotel and wanted pizza...in Seattle. Hard to find good gourmet pizza, but there's was great. Highly recommended and somewhat affordable. Very tasty.
