Redesigned menu makes for good event eating. I've been going to the Seattle Center for events for years, but recently my wife and I decided to try out Michelangelo's Bistro & Bar. A new chef has completely redesigned the menu, streamlined it, and produced a very nice selection. I had the fresh catch (Wild caught Pacific Salmon grilled, with oven roasted potatoes and a salad of cucumbers and shaved fennel) and my wife had the Linguine with fresh manila clams. Everything was so well executed I almost forgot that we were at the Seattle Center. I would definitely eat there again before our next event.
