Solid choice for bar food. We made the trip to watch the Super Bowl this year and had a great experience. The saloon and dining areas have LCD screens in every corner, so it's a great place to watch a game. The server we had was friendly and kept our glasses full.

The food was ok. ok. Nothing great. We ordered wings and nachos and they got the job done. After having gone to college in Western New York State we're pretty accustomed to excellent wings. Nickerson came as close as we have found for good wings in Seattle.

The beer and tap selection was wide and varied. Prices are a little high for a happy hour or game special, but not bad compared to the hipster hangouts across the bridge in Fremont. Domestic microbrew draft was $4.25/pint and $14/pitcher.

My wife and I will certainly be back for happy hour.

Best Wings in Town!. My sweetie had the wings which were so tasty and the meatiest I've ever seen. I usually hate skin but it was crispy the the most amazing way. We also shared the tastiest chicken and beef skewers- not over-cooked. I had the club sandwish- the bacon was meaty and crispy, the turkey fresh and yummy. I asked for a jus sauce for my fries which was flavoured with rosemary- incredible and creative! This is the most comfortable bar i've ever been in. Everyone is friendly- patrons and staff, a really neighborhood -ish feel. I even saw families with small kids at other tables.

Great Atmosphere, Good Food, Horrible Service. Since moving into our new office on Nickerson Street we decided to make this Bar our happy hour spot. The food is great, spicey fries are awesome but the waitress we had last night was horrible. Rude, no personality, had a problem with my drink and it was the end of the world for her. We are hoping the next time we go she is not our server. Customer Service is what keeps people coming back and this place needs a new waitress.

Good food, good service!. This was an all around great experience for my first time at Nickerson St. Fabulous posters of great musicians, in a warm atmosphere could only be beat with on the spot, but breathing down your neck, super friendly, but not fake service. The food was served in a timely manner and definitely tasty, I had the Mediterranean plate and my friend had the chicken quesadilla from the happy hour menu and another had the blue light special pt roast. The only thing I would request would be more beers on tap (there were probably about 15)! All in all this was a fabulous evening of food, beer, friends and service and will definitely be returning, especially when the sun is out and we can sit outside!

Tasty food, good atmosphere. Fun venue, attentive wait staff. Limited happy hour specials but the $1 basket of spicy fries is awesome! Was there three plus hours watching football and didn't feel rushed. The place got pretty packed. Dinner food was good, especially the carne asada steak sandwich on very fresh ciabatta rolls. Prices are average for Seattle bar and the menu is on their web-site. They have an outdoor patio, which might be fun in the summer. It backs Westlake and the bridge so not sure on noise level. Will definitely visit Nickerson again!
