I agree wholeheartedly with cdr1932's 1-star!. I could not agree more with cdr1932! I have sent emails to our condo association manager and not received any response, I've been told things would be done and they were not, and most recently, they tried to charge me $80 to fill out a ONE PAGE form of mostly yes/no questions for a refi! That was in addition to referring me to third party ConcoCerts to PAY for documents that should be available for me for free whenever I need them (meeting minutes, budgets, bylaws, etc.). Terrible, terrible, terrible.

phillips real estate services - great company!!. Phillips Real Estate Services has been the property managment company for our group of apartment buildings throughout the city of Seattle for about 25 years. I have found their property managers to be be professional and attentive to detail. The monthly reports we receive are accurate and timely. In one of our building during the last 4 years we have rebuilt our elevator, upgraded our fire alarm system, put in new windows, redone the siding, painted the outside, and now we are re piping and replacing all the plumbing including toilets. All this has been done under the watchful eye if Phillips and through all this we have been able to stay full of tenants.

Phillips Real Estate Services is a 110% company!

Buyer Beware!. If you are a condo Association do not use Phillips. They handle too many clients to possibly have time resolving issues at your complex. The service stinks and they charge too much for thier services.
