Pleasant Surprise. Just looking for low cost place in Seattle, and found the Inn at Queen Anne. What a great surprise! The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. This hotel is not new but if you appreciate the ‘charm’ of older well maintained buildings, this is it. Loved the radiator heat system (perfect for drying out wet clothes and shoes after a typical winter day in Seattle). The interior courtyard garden setting at the entrance was very well thought out and laid out creating a beautiful palate of colors and textures even in a winter setting. Very close (walking distance) to city center and many other amenities. The hotel is quiet but the neighborhood can be noisy on weekend nights (so closed to a lot of activities).
