Ish in da kan ish. Came in for JUST an oil change. left my car their a Porsche Boxer.

Someone had driven my car as their were 43 more miles on it than when I had left it.

I NEVER GAVE any one permission to drive my car!

Would not recommend this place to any one and they donot deserve to be in business,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

A Very Happy Customer!. Seattle Automotive has done work on my car twice in the last 10 months and they’re amazing. The most recent fix was due to a simple hit-and-run and Kristine consistently kept me updated via email about the status of a forthcoming part and notified me as soon as I could bring my car in for repair. When the part arrived I was planning to leave the car, but they were able to double up mechanics and finish the job, meticulously, in 20 minutes.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the customer service, communication, price and very friendly attitude.

Great Customer Service & body work. Great customer service, friendly & professional. I only dealt with one gentleman, Aqeel I believe, he was very friendly & efficient and he made me feel comfortable about the process.

The workmanship is great...the did a great job on fixing everything from the damage to my 'crash 'n' run' bumper to making sure that the paint matched flawlessly to the side of my vehicle that had been damaged, bumped, scratched & door dinged.

And after this great service they gave me 2 free oil changes. These guys went beyond what was expected or the standard. I will be back if need be...hopefully I don't have anymore body damage afflicted to my car. But if I do, I know where I am going and where I will also recommend others to go.

Top Notch. The folks at Seattle Automotive are friendly, professional, and efficient, and most importantly the body work they did on my Audi A4 was superb. I required a minor repair to a bumper, and the gentleman who did my estimate invited me to leave the car with them instead of having to bring it back later, and told me it'd be ready the next day, which it was. The process couldn't have been smoother, and the bumper looks as good as new. Given that Seattle Automotive was recommended to me by a reputable new-car dealer here in Seattle, I would not hesitate to use them for extensive repairs as well. Having body work done to a car is extremely stressful - these folks know what they're doing and know how to treat a customer. The location on Dexter Ave, a few blocks off Denny, is very easy to find.

Best AutoBody experience of a lifetime!. Everybody dreads spending a ton of money fixing their damaged vechicle. I had such a positive experience taking my car to Seattle Automotive (which moved from the 1405 Dexter address listed to 430 Dexter Ave) that I wasn't bitter about paying $1,000 to fix my car instead of 2 tickets to Mexico. Tony provides quick, honest estimates. Then he searches for used parts so the final bill is actually lower then the estimate. They offer driving service to and from their office. I had black scraps down one side of my car that I couldn't scrub off. They polished and shined my car inside and out. Black scraps nowhere to be scene! And they told me to bring it back for FREE oil changes! I've never seen my car look so good! Customer Service, quality, and value are un-matched.
