It is amazing on how you come off to people. You come in say:you f>ers stole my car or youre nothing but M*f*g B***d I want my F*ing Car NOW! They just dont have a clue. Having your ducks linedup helps. When I called They ask for My License Plate. The 3rd time I heard myself not answering the question finnally I said I dont know it. We found my car by Make. Tthey had it & I needed my Drivers Lic, & be the owner. I said Id be down. Before I hungup he said my car was moved to the lot on Aurora. I would have gone downtown. The gal behind the desk wasn't in a good mood she was little snippish when she asked for mylLicense plate number. I learned my mistake when I called I told her I didnt know it but knew the Make! After finding several Cars like mine She found the right one. As we proceded she became very pleasant. I paid my money reluctently & told my car was in lot 6B. Tthere was map of the lot on the door. As I walked down the hill I saw that this lot was about 6 acres full of cars. I didnt see the guy I talked to on the phone & I learned they have a phone center, no matter which number you called the same people answered. I turned to apologize it wasn't their fault . I was the one who parked the car too close to the driveway. (I did know that you can't park within 5 ft of a driveway) I hadn't stepped fvery far when the next person behind me began to swear I would have slapped him into next tuesday if he was talking to me that way I told him to shut up its not their fault. He didnt own the car It was his girlfriends & she didn't even know he had it. He wanted it back before she found out. If he was mine I would have put X in front t. I learned 2 weeks later in Seattle hydrants are green just like the plants. So who's fault is it? No one but me The cost $140 for each tow & $45 for each ticket. The second time in the person before me was impounded for Scofflaw 4+ unpaid ticket and he had to pay almost $200. Did he learn I found my 1st ticket & paid it.
- Pros: Proffesional clean & pleasant to talk with both on the phone and in person
- Cons: you park illeagally be prepard to pay the price its not thier fault & look at the time of day
what a horrid experience they are!

i have no words to describe, not just how rude thay are , but how impressive the lack of education those employees have. I wonder if they pick on purpose people that have not finish elemtary school or any kind of formal education that could make a difference in the way they treat customers,I am sure there must bhe a reason why those individuals are chosen that way, but whatever those reasons are, the only thing i cna feel is sorry for them, certainlly what anger drives them to be that way, is something i don't even care to know, but since they like to play a power game over what they think is their right, i will only say, I hope one day that company sinks, they are a disgrace to our comunity!
- Pros: they are somehow not visible to the eyesight, scary!
- Cons: everything posible imaginable! plus they are what i call legal thieves
Rude employees

People at the office were rude and condescending. The guy there also threatened to charge me an additional 40 bucks if the person who dropped me off didn't move his car from the driveway (he was waiting to make sure I got my car out of there). Of course it was in the middle of the night, there was no traffic and nobody was waiting to get in or out of their driveway. Obviously if you get towed by these guys, they've got you. However, I would avoid doing regular business with them just on principle.
Lincoln Town

This company hires the rudest employees I have ever encountered. My last encounter with Lincoln Towing occurred while watching the driver trying to tow a car other than my own. I was on a busy Seattle street, and the driver was blocking the entire street so no cars could drive by in either direction. This was frustrating because there would have been plenty of room for cars to get by if the driver had courtesy enough to not park at a steep angle and block the entire road. To sum up the story, after waiting several minutes and observing several cars pile behind me, I asked the driver to position his truck so everyone could continue to their destinations. The driver replied by saying, "How about I kick your F#$king teeth in?" If you like working with over aggressive and offensive tow truck drivers, then please do business with Lincoln. If you like being treated with dignity and the respect you deserve, then you may want to try a different towing company.
Worst experience with any coorporation ever!

I have never been treated more rudely in my life. My car was towed by Lincoln towing and was damaged during the process. We filed a claim with them after we visually saw their report sheet about the condition of the car that showed this damage was not there when they picked it up. They said they would get back in 10 business days, we asked for a copy of the report but were not allowed this. We were then yelled out to get out of the store, they were done with us. They said we could call the cops if we wanted. I continually called after this and left messages with the President and never received a call back about the status of our claim. Had to proceed through an arbitrator. Quite a shame for this organization to sport the Christian Fish in their logo.
