We started with Safe & Sound Swimming on the recommendation of a friend. Initially we had a good experience, but it deteriorated. Teachers turn over frequently and there isn't much communication about our child from one lesson to the next. With only 15 minutes there isn't much time to get to each child, so many lessons were wasted. The disorganization from the office was also a problem for us.
Pros: Good parking
Cons: Too expensive for what you get in return

Having the kids go one-on-one with an instructor is pure genius. My daughter (5) was doing more after three lessons than in her ten trips to the Green Lake pool with me. And the instrctors are a great bunch - young and enthusiastic. I highly reccomend Safe and Sound.
