This well-heeled sports bar offers hungry-man grub and view seating for every game.. The Scene
Six televisions and 14 beers on tap are the winning combination at this 10-year-old Montlake tavern. The big-screen TV commands attention without stifling conversation. Two pool tables, darts and video games keep other sporting types entertained.

The Draw
Until a couple of years ago, this tavern was called Grady's Montlake Pub & Eatery, but the name was changed to reflect the focus on food--all of it homemade and served until midnight every day (except Sunday). The burger-conscious menu doesn't ignore other tastes like spaghetti and meatballs, homemade soups and pizzas from Grady's own pizza oven. Even the fries are hand-cut.

check out the clean ceiling. A "10" for Grady's is not the same as a "10" for the Metropolitan Grill; but this is in the top of the sports bar class. After a few visits, I'm greeted with a glass of iced water when I walk in the door then the service continues cheerful and even better. The happy hour menu extending until 23:00 is a bargain; the fish'n'chips fresh, moist and succulent. The regular menu is extensive for a bar and supplemented by exciting daily specials. The "egghead" burger is a substantial lunch as a bacon-cheese burger with fried egg. Liquor is comprensive and includes nine different vodkas and fairly poured drinks. Draught offerings include Thomas Kemper root beer and 1-2 beers rotating with special price. The seating layout is conducive to small and medium sized group meetings. The brightly lit toilet is CLEAN and spacious albeit the linoleum needs changing.

Great Bar. Its nice to have this bar as a change from the other bars in the u district. Grady's is really low key and has great food (even better with happy hour prices). Free darts, cheap pool. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed compared to other bars in the area.
