Beautiful store.. Madison Park Jewelers is a fabulous, fun little place. Leo Bernard, owner and jeweler for the past thirty years, is exceptionally creative and accomodating and his wife Ann is just as smart and a blast to chat with. They offer a nice variety of jewelry basics as well as more exotic pieces. And if you don't see what you're looking for, they're more than happy to either find it or make it for you. They are probably the most honest and ethical people I know; I really wouldn't trust my jewelry to anyone else.

Great folks. Previously I had had these folks design a gold signet ring. I thought I knew their workmanship so I took a pair of antique cufflinks to them to be engraved.

The engraving turned out very poorly, and there was virtually no effort made to straighten out the problem. When the jeweler attempted to fix his poor engraving, he compounded the problem by ruining the other side of the cufflinks.

What was most dispiriting is that the owners didn't seem the least bit concerned with my dissatisfaction, and other than returning my money, didn't really seem to care.

A great disappointment, and I have revised my opinion of this place.
