Great place for wedding invitations, programs, menus, etc.. I came to Real Card Company after having some problems with another company in town. RCC was amazing. We had envisioned four separate text heavy documents and Rachel did a fantastic job. She was timely, responsive, and created beautiful and original final documents. I would recommend Rachel and Real Card Company to anyone looking for a custom printing job.

The worst customer service ... EVER!. We went in to order our announcements on November 21st and did not receive them until January 2nd because of multiple errors. They promised us to be there by Dec 15 then the 2nd promise date was Dec 24. The company owner Rachel was rude and unprofessional. She only started by ?offering? to refund us their profit margin (30%) so that they would not lose money (no matter what I lost). We chose all the top rated vendors for our wedding from the Seattle Bride Magazine and Real Card Company was the only one we had even a remote problem with. Their lack of response, follow up, and failure to take responsibility for the problem was appalling. My Christmas, New Year, and one month Anniversary were not as enjoyable as they should have been because of all this. I hope that my experience with this company will help others choose to work with someone else and avoid this kind of problem during their special occasion.

real satisfied. my wife and were absolutely pleased and satisfied to work with Real Card Company for our wedding invitations! The attention to detail and quality of our final product was exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful wedding invitation experience!. I had custom invitation done here in the fall of 2005. It seems that the previous reviewer was a little confused...Real Card's wedding invitation service is by appointment only! Even when I was in the process of creating my invitations with the ladies there, I made appointments to come see them.

It is a high-class, beautiful store with unique and classy designs. My invitations were gorgeous and of the highest quality. If you expect it to be a Papyrus or Crane's where you go in and order your invitations from a book, don't bother going, as you can only see their designs with an appointment...believe me, well worth it!!!

Enjoy developing a relationship with the actual graphic designer of your invites, rather than getting a mass-produced one. I really had fun throughout the process! They are great!

Real "Rude" Card Company!. First day for friend's bridal shopping, we looked forward to visiting the chic card company in Madison Vally, but disapointment followed with the rude and rushed staff! We arrived at 4:30, happy to see the binder of example wedding invitation cards sitting open on a chair. Unfortunelty, if the shop employee hadn't yelled her first words at us from across the store to not look at the book with out having an appointement, we may have even considered making an appointment, but they lost the good business of a bride. We left the store sad and disapointed with the Company, and it seems they were happy to loose our service because before we could walk ten feet away the store employee had rushed to close the door and the shop for the day, ten minuites before 5. Suggest not wasting your time at this rude and class-less shop!
