Good customer service. Landcrafters has been taking care of my lawn for several years. They are reliable, knowledgable, and communicating via office staff is always easy without problems.

The only minor critique I have is that I did not have a good experience with trimming a hedge. I was not happy with the initial results as it was very uneven. They came out again to re trim it, but unfortunately, there was not much improvement. This was a few years back, and may not be what would happen at present.

Great service!. Landcrafters has been handling all my yard work for almost a year now and has been great. I'm on their maintenance plan so they come out every two weeks and deal with everything (mowing, pruning, raking, etc.). My lawn was in pretty bad shape when I first hired them so they did some rehabilitation as well. My yard looks great!
