My Friends Cafeworst breakfast i've had in seattle. the mushroom omelette was inedible (mushrooms were sour), the french had hardly any batter (basically it was just toast) and was served with over a table spoon of margerine on each slice. the other egg dish was passable. eggs dishes come with no potatoes. staff was well meaning but clueless.
great music, great fresh food, fun~. weekends seems always busy, but got chance to sit outside and enjoy sunny weather, food comes very fast and taste great, people are just like your neighbors and friendly. don't expect to be serviced, it's liimited service cafe so get your own water and silverware and enjoy yourself!
Green Lake locals frequent this breakfast spot for their large, fruit-filled smoothies and satisfying, hearty omelets..
Um, not so great..
First of all, the prices are a bit much. 8.75 for a breakfast dish? 9.95? That doesn't include drinks.
Ok, so I've been to breakfast places that have higher than normal prices but the food was phenomenal. Not this place, sorry. Flavorless french toast, my muffin tasted like it was 99% flour, and my mini potatoes had very little flavor as well as little vegi sasuage.
I won't go there again and neither will the 2 friends, who felt exactly the same about their meal, I was with. Spent 24 bucks on breakfast and wanted to go somewhere else to get something that tasted like I actually had breakfast after we left.
Good food. A nice place for coffee and a sandwich. I love there orange bread. It has so much flavor. Keep up the great work.
